Goal setting that does not collapse in February
Most goal-setting advice fails at the same point: it asks you to set ambitious targets without first asking whether the inside is on board. The targets get set in January with full intention. By February, the body quietly reverts to its old defaults and the goals stop being touched. This is not a willpower failure. It is a design problem.
What follows is ten goal-setting practices that account for the inside game. They are written for women who already have the discipline to set goals, who do not need another productivity sermon, and who are tired of January-by-January resets. Read this as practices, not commandments. Pick the two or three that match your specific pattern.
