When the business is real and the money still feels off
You built the thing. You have clients, contracts, recurring revenue, an offer that works. And you still feel a small flinch every time you send an invoice. You round prices down at the last minute. You under-charge people you like, then quietly resent the work. You take less than your peers because asking for more makes your chest tighten. You suspect the ceiling on this business is not your skills, your market, or your strategy. It is your relationship with money.
The strange thing is that on paper everything is fine. The numbers are real. The clients are happy. And the inner experience is not lining up with the outer one. Money Therapy works on that gap. It is not a pricing course and it is not business coaching. It is structured, methodical work on the inside-out patterns that quietly cap how much you let yourself receive.
What Money Therapy actually does for entrepreneurs
Money Therapy with Ilana is non-clinical, certified coaching focused on the inside-out patterns that hold business owners back from charging, receiving, and keeping money cleanly. It is not regulated financial advice and it is not psychotherapy.
- Lifts the receiving ceiling. Most pricing problems are receiving problems. We work on the body-level capacity to take in money for your work without flinching, hedging or over-delivering to compensate.
- Untangles worth from output. Self-worth and net worth quietly fuse for entrepreneurs. We unfuse them. The result is decisions that come from clarity, not from the panic of needing a "good month".
- Builds clean money skills. Naming a price without apologising. Holding it through the pause. Raising it when warranted. Saying no without explaining yourself. These are skills, and they are trainable, once the inside is willing.
Money Therapy vs business coaching vs financial advice
Three different solutions to three different problems. Most successful entrepreneurs need more than one over time.
| Money Therapy | Business coaching | Financial advice |
|---|---|---|
| The inside game. Worthiness, receiving, the body around money, the ceiling on what you let yourself charge and keep. | The strategy. Offers, marketing, sales, systems, scale. Outside-in mechanics of growing a business. | Regulated advice on investments, pension, tax, insurance, business structure. Requires FINMA-licensed practitioner. |
| Best when the cap on the business is internal: pricing, asking, receiving, holding boundaries. | Best when the cap is external: positioning, audience, conversion, fulfilment. | Best when the question is "what should I do with the money the business is already producing?" |
Who this work is for
Money Therapy for entrepreneurs is for women (and the occasional man) running real businesses who recognise themselves in most of these:
- You quietly under-charge, over-deliver, and resent it later.
- You can hear yourself talking down your own price mid-conversation.
- You have read every business book and your numbers still feel off.
- You suspect the next level of your business needs an inside change, not another funnel.
- You want a coach who works on the relationship with money, not on your launch calendar.
Frequently asked questions
Is this business coaching?
No. Business coaching works on offers, marketing, sales and systems. Money Therapy works on the relationship with money underneath. Many entrepreneurs do both, sequenced. Inside first, then strategy. The order matters.
Will we look at my actual business numbers?
Only if it serves the work. The default is to work on the patterns: pricing conversations, receiving, the body response when you send an invoice. Some clients bring numbers to a session. Most do not need to.
What does it cost and how is it structured?
A 90-minute Quick Start session is CHF 350. Money Mindset Shift (12 weeks) is CHF 2,500 and is where the deeper receiving and pricing work happens. The Signature VIP Transformation (18 sessions, 12 months of support) is CHF 10,500 or 12 × CHF 875/month. The VIP container is the right fit for most established business owners who want a full-year integration. See the full program detail.
Is this tax-deductible?
Personal coaching is generally not deductible as a business expense. If your work is structured as a Swiss business, please ask your accountant. The work itself is private and treated as personal development.
