I’m so proud of you for coming on this journey with me. I know it hasn’t always been easy but I am sure you can see that it has been worth it. So what next?
Be patient, for nothing of great value was ever created in an instant. Practice what you’ve learnt, because practice makes perfect and soon you´ll have mastered these new habits.
Above all, persevere, through the rough patches, because when you come out the other end, you´ll be stronger, wiser and more resilient.
