Ilana Jankowitz, Mindful Money Coaching

"The Wheel of Life is the very first exercise I do with every new coaching client. It cuts through the noise and shows you, in two minutes, exactly where your life is calling for attention. A 3 is not a failure — it is an invitation. And sometimes a 10 is where the real work begins."

How to read your wheel

Balance, not perfection

The goal is not eight 10s. A balanced wheel means your life feels intentional. Someone scoring 6 across the board may be more aligned than someone with three 10s and five 2s.

Gaps are invitations

Low scores are not failures. They are areas calling for your attention. Sometimes the most powerful coaching conversations start with a 3 on the wheel.

Everything connects

The dimensions are not independent. Money stress affects health. Purpose affects enjoyment. When one spoke rises, others often follow.

Track over time

Your wheel changes as you grow. Many clients retake the assessment every few months to see which spokes have grown and which still need attention.

"I have never seen two wheels that look the same. Your wheel is as unique as you are, and that is exactly the point."

— Ilana Jankowitz
