No. It’s trauma-aware coaching and skills training focused on beliefs, values, patterns and behaviours.
Will you tell me what to invest in?
No. We don’t give financial or tax advice. We help you build habits, clarity and confident decisions you can sustain.
How quickly will I notice a change?
Many feel lighter within two weeks when they practice the weekly Money Date and complete the workbook exercises.
Can men join?
Yes Ilana works with women and men. Sessions are online (English), with optional in-person community meet-ups in Zurich.
